Office for National statistics "Labour Force Survey" Deceptive paperwork RETURNED TO SENDER!
Did you fill out the "Census" by The office for National Statistics which was contracted out to weapons manufacturer Lockheed Martin ? If you didnt chances are you may have had these documents delivered. They maintain they are for "The Labour Force Survey", however this coincides with those who didnt give all their info to Big Brother.
First piece of paper implies that a person at the address took part in a survey, and this is a follow up.
Lets look at the paperwork...which is two pieces of paper hand delivered in an "On Her Majestys Service" envelope that do not match, or add up.
Second piece of paper assumes the addressee has consented to an imaginary interview!
The first paragraph on the ONS template states:
Dear Residents (s)
You may recall your address was selected a year ago for an official study called The Labour Force Survey....which was untrue
Second Paragraph states: In order to measure the changes that occur over time, we re interview at a number of address..(no interview was undertaken)
blah bla blahh..They state a "booklet explaining the survey" was enclosed which was untrue.
Second piece of paper states...
Further to the recent letter ( what letter?) sent to you by this office. I would like to introduce myself as the interviewer who will conduct this study...blah blah...please supply a telephone number if possible and return this letter in the enclosed stamped addressed envelope...at the end of this it asks you to fill in a convenient day , your phone number and ...you name (optional)
It is then signed by the "interviewer" with his ONS badge number
One of our contributors set up a notice of response and sent it back to the perpetrators, here it is..Feel free to use and improve.

Notice Re : Untrue and misleading claims by The ONS and return of paperwork (DATE RECEIVED)
Paperwork from The Office For National Statistics has been delivered by hand to the above address. The two documents were together in one envelope which stated “On Her Majesty's Service”
These documents are misleading and contain factual inaccuracies, errors and omissions of fact and are therefore unrecognised for the following reasons:
Analysis of documents one and two (Enclosed)
Document one states that “You may recall that your address was selected a year ago for an official study called The Labour Force survey”
This statement is untrue, there is no evidence that the above address was selected and no evidence that any contact with any representative for the ONS took place at the above address. There is no evidence that this statement is not misleading and it is believed that none exists.
Statement of only known facts : No “study” was undertaken and no agreement or consent for any “study” was given by any known occupier of the above address and it is believed that none exists.
It is stated “We re-interview at a number of addresses” As no interview was undertaken this statement is misleading. As the two documents were enclosed together there is no evidence that this statement is not deliberately misleading and it is believed that none exists.
It is stated “If you helped us before it was greatly appreciated”. This statement appears to be misleading and contradicts statement one quoted above. It states “If”, it is implied that the address was selected which is untrue. There is no evidence this statement is not deliberately misleading and it is believed that none exists.
It is stated “You can find out more information about this study from the enclosed leaflet”. No leaflet was enclosed so no disclosure of relevant facts was given. There is no evidence full disclosure was given and it is believed that none exists.
Document two states “Further to the recent letter and leaflet sent to you by this office”.
Statement of only known facts: Both documents were hand delivered by your third party agent identifying himself on the documents as NAME OF INTERVIEWER the same envelope, therefore this statement is untrue. No letter was received from the Office For National Statistics. No leaflet was enclosed, therefore this statement is both untrue and misleading. There is no evidence this statement is not untrue and it is believed that none exists.
Document two states. “I would like to introduce myself as the interviewer who will call to conduct this study”. This statement assumes that the the information provided was true and gave full disclosure which is untrue. This statement implies there was previous contact and consent which is untrue. There is no evidence this statement is not deliberately misleading and it is believed that none exists.
Statement of only known facts : There is no evidence your third party agent NAME OF INTERVIEWER has not knowingly or unknowingly been party to deceptive practice and made assumptions which are untrue by signing document two which was enclosed with document one. As previously stated both documents were delivered together by hand.
The document envelope states “On Her Majesty's service” If this is the case there is no evidence Elizabeth 2nd Queen of England has not knowingly or unknowingly been party to untrue and misleading statements. There is no evidence your third party agent NAME OF INTERVIEWER has not willingly or unwillingly acted deceptively for and on behalf of the Crown of England represented by Elizabeth 2nd.
There is no evidence that any further calls to the address or visits by your third party agent NAME OF INTERVIEWER are not harassment. There is no evidence that any further visits or documentation is not unlawful for the reasons stated above.
Occupier
See what they say about that...as Lockheed Martin and The ONS will gather all your info and sell it ,use and of course surveil you with it, why not say NO.
