Working full time for Job Seekers Allowance .. "Workfare" and the back to work scam,

After  even short periods of claiming Job Seekers Allowance Job Seekers can be told they are being put forward for a job or "work trial" which according to JC Plus must be a genuine vacancy and the applicant must be the one chosen for the job.

This does not appear to be the case as those who contacted  us have  worked for nothing for a month and then been laid off. This is of course great for the partner companies who arrange these "placements" and of course for the "employers"  who are benefitting from the slave labour.

This definitely is  slave labour when the employee works for nothing or their £65 JS allowance to which they are entitled to have anyway.

If you do consent to this it  makes you open to their third party agreement to work for nothing in a completely unsuitable job which of course will turn out to be a free labour for one of their "partner" companies who can farm you out to their corporate clients like Tescos to work for nothing.

The main point is that compliance with this deviation from the Job Seekers agreement is not mandatory.

It all requires your consent and signature. You can state that the original agreement is in place. The Jobseekers act states that any change from a Job Seekers  agreement  has to be agreed and signed by both parties (see powerful extracts from the job seekers act article)

It also helps to state that this is slave labour. Then you can mention the status of the companies below. The government is using this scam to hide the true unemployment figures. The partner companies are also gaining from this partnership with the Job Centre and DWP. It is also creating more useless jobs within these companies who are employ staff who are not qualified to give advice or training.

Most Job Centre employees are unaware of all this and once informed of this and their complicity and  may decide not to try to coerce you again. From information received through the site most Job Centre staff do not know or have not even read the Job Seekers Act. No one in Job Centre Plus has any authority to carry out any action which you do not consent too. When confronted they may go and ask their manager who again will have no authority to carry out any action which you do not consent too. You can also mention that no future meetings with advisers are necessary as they are not qualified to give advice. The only role of Job Centre staff is to collect your signature for the DWP and treasury. They have no professional authority, this is why  they show you that they have signed you on by letting you witness it on on their computer. This is because you would accept liability if they failed to sign you on as you were the witness. Reminding them that they are their to collect your signature and nothing else can also help if they act beyond this and try to persuade you of their illusory and non existent power. Anyone self employed or otherwise can state that they are being coerced into an unconscionable contract which will prevent them looking for suitable work and ruin their chances of real employment by this concealment ot the true unemployment figures.

Just remember that the titles given to staff at Job Centre Plus are just illusory titles. It is made to look like there is a tier of people with different roles.  No one in Job Centre Plus will sign anything, and if you write to a manager at Job Centre Plus they will send back an unsigned letter with "On Behalf of the secretary of state". If you request it to be signed the "On behalf of the secretary of state will be taken off, or more likely someone else will write back. In most public sector jobs this is now common practice. Anything sent to a person will be replied to by another person. Therefore there is no authority or professional liability within the job, it is just an illusory title.

Inbiz UK Status: Active They claim to be in partnership with Work Directions UK (No such company on Companies House.) However this company was formerly associated with Integrity Treasury Solutions and ITS Europe of  25 Canada Square, London E14 5LQ.  This company appear to be a commercial bank.

UPDATE on Work Directions UK This company is now listed as the previous name for INGEUS limited of 14th Floor , Shoe Lane, EC4A 3JB , however at the time of writing Work Directions UK did NOT appear on Companies House. Its is also stated this company was started in 2002 as Work Directions LTD.

On www.jobsinmind-worksolutions.org.uk. It is stated INGEUS "Delivers a range of flexible employment programmes to long term unemployed people, those with health conditions and single parents accross London, the midlands and Scotland." Thats very benevolent isnt it?

TNG Ltd:  Accounts overdue

Inbiz and TNG both have their registered office at 196 Great Cambridge road, Enfield Middx. EN1 1UQ.

The CEO of Skills training UK is Martin Dunford (OBE). Mr. Dunford is the Chairman of "The Association of Learning Providers. When he is out of a job maybe one of his learning providers could help him back to work for £65 a week.

Slave labour, corporate greed  and massaging the true figures of unemployment  appears to be the agenda . As more and more previously employed and self employed  people are forced out of work this will continue with these "partner" companies and "agents" getting 40 hours of slave labour a week for £65..oh and of course in some cases  plus £20.  This is the Big Society, this is Communitarianism!

We have recently had information from someone who worked at a charity  for his JC Allowance plus an extra £20. When they received the  payment  which should be from the DWP , the details on the cheque had changed.  A third party company  Sencia Ltd were issuing the cheques which appeared in the account of the "employee" as "Training Pay".  So the DWP do not appear to issue the cheque. (More info on this soon)   

A few months ago a news article in The London Metro stated "88,000 slashed from jobless figures." As there was no follow up or evidence for this we can only assume it was this "workfare" plan to hide the unemployment figures through corporate slavery. With present unemployment numbers at record levels we now know this was blatant massaging of unemployment figures.
