Following the data hacking this Non Compliance threat seems to have dwindled and the "Non compliance officers" will soon be unemployed or working as security guards again, but if they do visit this may be useful...

Now the Census door knockers have given way to The Census "Non Compliance Officers" who are following up refusals and also non returned census forms, videos of admirable freemen and women filming their interactions with these "officers" have appeared on You Tube.

First, lets have a look at The application form these members of the public filled in to get this job:

It states you will conduct a refusal process which will include formal "Interview under caution".

Now wait a minute...to conduct an interview under caution dont you need a PACE card or someone legally qualified present?

 Members of the public with a few hours training cannot interview you under caution.

In the first videos of these interactions we saw with these "officers"  they said " Do you agree to be interviewed under caution". This is because they would have to get your consent before they read you your "rights". The more recent videos have omitted this.

The "officers" are accompanied by a "non compliance assistant". These appear to be recording what the Occupier is saying as "evidence". The "officer" also states that this "is now a criminal investigation".  At this point the police should be called as these people are unknowingly breaking the law. 

If you do choose to answer the door to them and they start the interview under caution mantra rather than getting into "Im John/Jane of the family Jones" not John/Jane Jones the legal fiction as the brave and admirable freemen and women are doing , you could say:

Have you a PACE card?

Are you a Constable?

Are you legally qualified?

The answer to the above will be NO at which point you  can decline to speak to them and close the door.

On the application form it also states in "Specific Requirements",  "Have experience of working with the public, possibly in a law enforcement or similiar role".

So, they are looking for Ex Police or Private Security workers. This is so they can give a convincingly jobsworth performance when they blag the public about their non existent "powers".

Another interesting point which comes up in the job application form is that these two door knockers will be "travelling for the majority of your day ".  (as you will see from the link to the form above.)

The form also states the locations are "widespread over a large geographical area". This is because they have to live within easy reach (12 miles) of the locations to which they report. If you look at these locations on the form it will become clear they spend most of their time trying to get through traffic over large distances. The best way to deal with them may be to  use  your right to not open the door.  They are employed only until 12 August.

All those employed for The Census are recruited  AND CRB checked by Capita.

On Capitas site it states "Ongoing relationships being built with Central Government, non departmental public bodies/executive agencies and private sector organisations."

It also states that Capita Resourcing is "A registered body of the CRB we also conduct CRB disclosures on your behalf." So these Census workers automatically give all their personnal information away to Capita as well as Lockheed Martin and any other organisation that requests or pays for it.

Lockheed Martin, the arms manufacturer and surveillance company who were given the contract for running the Census have also been found guilty of professional misconduct and are in charge of putting together the biometric FBI database in America. The Census in India coincided with the issuing of ID cards.

If you are asked if you are the occupier  you could reply, "No, I am not an invading force"

...as this is one definition of an occupier. Given the present world situation this is also very relevent.

These door knockers are calling just to get your name, if they get that you will get summary judgement so they can extract "up to £1000." We have reports that cards have been left with the names of the occupiers underlined. This is breaking all data protection as they are meant to obtain the names of the occupiers by consent. They should not be able to use this heresay as evidence.On their job application they are also requested to attend court hearings as witnesses.

It will be interesting to see if computer generated summonses are produced which is of course illegal. The Ministry of Justice and Supreme court of the United Kingdom both refused to confirm if any organisation except a court issues a summonse it is unlawful;. The law clearly states that it is. As we know the data protection act is now used against us when we request information. We have no data protection as far as government bodies and especially their partner corporations are concerned.

It was recently announced that traffic wardens in one town will be enforcing a no smoking ban in all public places.

As at least 400 new Private Corporate "Police" will be hitting the streets it may be a good time to read these public servants their rights. These corporate drones will be assuming powers which include demanding your name and address.

The destruction of all rights will contine relentlessly until the public say NO.
